- exit: hands up! even though there is no pressure
Stall
- enter: pull breaks slowly to slow down the wing. then punch the breaks fast all the way down. The wing will fly back behind us. keep hands down firmly.
- transit to back fly: When the wing is above us in the stall (like a ball), slowly, symmetrically raise hands to find the backfly position.
- exit: in backfly position, further hands up a bit. When the wing is above us or in front of us, release breaks fast (hands up)
Spin
- enter: pull breaks slowly to slow down the wing. Then one hands up and one hands down (fast). The wing will spin.
- exit: Pull the outside break to maintain heading. Move the inside break up slowly to find backfly position. Then further hands up, wait the wing is above us or in front of us, release breaks quickly.
